Effective from 14 October 2026. The Polish version is legally binding.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller of your personal data is ALGO PERFORMANCE SERVICE sp. z o.o., ul. Horodelska 30, 03-522 Warszawa, NIP 1133154671, REGON 540500109, KRS 0001146644 ("ALGO SERWIS", "we"). For any data-protection matter, write to [email protected], call +48 507 808 605 or visit the workshop.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and booking — name, phone number, e-mail, car make and model, registration number, VIN (if you provide it), a description of the problem and the chosen time slot. You give us these in the booking form at crm.algoservice.eu, by phone or in a message (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, e-mail).
- Repair order — vehicle data and mileage, scope of work, the estimate and your approval, photos from diagnostics and repair, visit history.
- Billing — invoice details (including a company NIP) and payment information.
- Website use — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source (e.g. a Google ad); analytics and advertising tools collect them only with your consent in the cookie banner.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- booking a visit, answering questions, quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract);
- carrying out the repair, contacting you during it (estimate, "car ready" notice), warranty and complaints — Art. 6(1)(b) (contract);
- invoicing and accounting, including the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) — Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation under tax law);
- vehicle service history, establishing, pursuing and defending claims, website security — Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest);
- website statistics and measuring ad performance — Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent in the cookie banner);
- reminders and offers by SMS or WhatsApp outside a current order — only with your separate consent.
Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number we cannot book your visit and without invoice details we cannot issue an invoice. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
4. Who receives the data
We do not sell data. Only companies that help us run the workshop have access, under data processing agreements or as separate controllers:
- hosting, server and website security providers (including Hetzner Online, Cloudflare and the website host);
- messaging providers — Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger), Telegram, the SMS operator;
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps) and Microsoft (Clarity) — only with your cookie consent, except the map on the website;
- our accounting office and the Ministry of Finance (KSeF) — for invoices;
- subcontractors where the service requires it (e.g. wheel alignment at a partner workshop) and the insurer for OC/AC claims — only as necessary;
- public authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- enquiries and bookings that did not lead to a repair — up to 12 months after the last contact;
- orders, estimates, photos and service history — for the duration of our cooperation and then until claims become time-barred (generally up to 6 years);
- invoices and accounting records — 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline passed;
- analytics and advertising cookie data — according to the tools' settings, no longer than 26 months;
- data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To stop SMS messages, simply reply "STOP". Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for it to work and — only with your consent in the banner — analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Google Ads). Without consent the site works the same. You can change your decision by deleting cookies in your browser — the banner will appear again. The Google map at the bottom of the page loads only when you scroll to the contact section; the Google reviews widget appears on the home page.
8. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
