The warranty covers all work performed in our car service and installed spare parts.
The warranty period for work and spare parts may vary depending on their type. The exact conditions and warranty period are specified when placing an order.
Rules for care after repair:
Do not use aggressive chemicals (detergents) to treat restored parts within 3 days after receiving the vehicle.
Do not wash your vehicle at a car wash or by hand during this period.
It is prohibited to apply any protective compounds or polishes to the repaired elements during this time.
Physical impact:
For 7 days, avoid mechanical impact on the restored parts (e.g. friction, scratching, polishing, pasting with protective films, etc.).
Warranty by type of work:
For bodywork: the warranty is 12 months. At the same time, for polishing and protective coatings - 6 months.
For mechanical components and assemblies (engine, transmission, etc.): warranty period – 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
For electrical components: 3 months warranty.
Warranty claim:
To make a warranty claim, you must provide a work order and a cash receipt.
Warranty service will be reviewed after vehicle diagnostics to identify the cause of the defect.
